I cant call anymore the apps crash. I have iOS 9.2.1 and server version 5.11.1 but it crash. The new version of this morning is the problem. Dont update

Good start
Interface is great and user friendly; however, does not register to PBX on network if loop back is not programmed on firewall. Client should register the same way as a phone - local IP and then public IP. Soft phone appears to register to public only which could cause problems. None of our soft phones register to the PBX in either case.

The app is requesting a QR code, and crashes without one.

Doesnt work
Requires some sort of QR code to configure, and no instruction on where to get it or why it is necessary. There is a need for an app like this, but this app needs to be thought out more.

Not what I was hoping for.
I have been waiting a long time for Switchvox to update the mobile app. This is a totally different animal than the old Mobile App. It is a bit tricky to setup. Other reviewers just aren’t paying close enough attention to the documentation. As a soft phone fully integrated with Switchvox it is pretty good. -You may have to tweak or change dial plans if you want to be able to dial your iOS Contacts. -Carrier calls still stomp over your Switchvox calls. They handle it as best they can but someone who suddenly gets put on hold because you get a carrier call may not be happy. Overall it works. That said, all I really wanted was an updated Mobile app that lets me change rules and greetings and dial via my iPhone like before. This app does not allow you do that unless you make all of your calls rules based on status. Status can be changed. However if this is a converged phone that is your secondary extension, status is useless because you would be changing that on your primary extension, not the converged one. The software architects at Switchvox need to get some real world users involved when writing this stuff because no one uses Switchvox the way this has been designed.
